Freeform Wire Work

I finished this order last week but my camera broke! I managed to get some pics using a friends camera whew!

Oh and whilst browsing Youtube I discovered there was a name for what I was calling Eclectic lol. Its called Freeform.

Freeform Bracelet: 75le or £7.50
Silver plated wire with Glass swirly beads in pink. Topped off with a 8mm Indian glass bead.
All components are completely handmade including the clasp. :-)

Close up of the wirework on the beads and the links. I also added a swirly charm.

Freeform Earrings: 40le or £4
Acrylic 4mm bicone beads in pink and white with silver plated wire and 4mm silver plated spacer bead.
This pattern is an adaptation from a tutorial found on Youtube by Turquoise String Beads. I came across this completely by accident as I was actually working on a version to add to the Freeform aka Eclectic Set.

Close up of the tassles on the earrings. I LOVE tassles!

Freeform Pendant: 30le or £3
Silver plated wire with 4mm pink and white beads and a 4mm silver plated spacer bead.

It's been a while

HELLO!

I've been a bit unwell these past few weeks so not had the va va voom to post. But I'm back!

This week I have been working on a few orders and making up a consignment for a local store in Cairo.

I made these gorgeous earrings which cost a whopping £1.50! My only problem of course is Egypt post is very expensive (120le for the 1st half kilo) Sooooo it's not really worth paying around £16 for a dinky pair of silver plated earrings. BUT! I am working on another solution with another company which will cost around £6 for delivery for the first half kilo of goods.

Ok enough blathering lemme show you what I've been doing!

Oh yes! Thanks to Galleria Linda for the earring card tutorial! I made my own card to take pics of my earrings! (See Heart Chandelier Earrings above)

Heart Chandelier Earrings: £1.50 or 15le
Silver plated chandeliers with silverplated wire and acrylic bicones.

I made these once last summer. They were one of my first projects as I started my business. I've been asked to make another pair and might make a tutorial hence one completed earring and the parts for the next earring. :-)

Silver plated Chandelier Earrings: £5 or 50le
Silver plated 25mm hoops, silver plated 6mm balls, 8mm acrylic bicones, pearlescent 11/0 seed beeds, pearlescent 8/0 seed beads and silver plated fish hook.

Swans

Tonsillitis, Polio, flu, heavy colds etc are running rampant in Egypt this month! Thankfully I'm not suffering from all the above, just tonsillitis :-) I found and excellent tutorial online from the magnificent Perfectly Twisted Company. Some gorgeous works of art and free tutorials. Thanks to Izzy Gumbo for this gorgeous Swan Tutorial from which I made several gifts and sales!

Green version....

Close up of the pendant. I didn't take a good one as the bottom of the pendant is actually a spiral (see below black pendant) This went to a new mother....

Pink Swan set..........

Black Swan set.....

I also did a little wrap with the silver wire for a lil pizazz :-)

Shaggy Loops and fabric covered books

I've been making shaggy loop earrings in all sorts of colours this week to go with my clothes. When asked for a price I gave £3. They are made from aluminum jump rings and semi precious chips. (Yum lol)

I also designed a new wire e.ring using .5 silver plated copper wire, 3 chips and some silver plated thread like wire.

*edit* Oh yeah and some items I sent off to England last week lol. Modified Irie! Headband with a Byzantine chain maille
twist. "Barbados" Byzantine chain maille bracelet.
